Returns Policy
Custom orders can not be returned except product defects or the mistake is on our end.
Due to the high cost of shipping, we try to reduce returns when possible. Please email us at customercare@moosoolsa.com with your order number and details about the product you have any concerns with. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you if there are any errors with your order.
Shipping
Currently we ship all your purchases from Seoul, Korea. The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. We offer three methods of shipping, and here are the details.
1. EMS(Express mail): It takes about 4~7 business days to deliver. The cost is calculated based on the weight.
2. Via Ocean: It takes about 1~3 months to deliver depending on the country. The cost is calculated based on the weight.
3. If you are ordering larger amount, you can choose your preferred shipping company, and we will be able to accomodate the procedure with the company to ship your order.
