FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. How long will it take to process my order?

For custom-made uniforms and larger orders like 50+ uniforms, it will take about 5-10 business days to complete your order. If urgent, please email us with the date that you need to receive it by. We will do our best to accommodate with your schedule. For non-custom uniforms, it takes about 1~3 business days to process your order. Whether a uniform is custom or not, the product/uniform page will show the information.

2. How can I track my order status?

For EMS, you will recieve a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your package through "Trace Package" link at top right corner on our homepage.

For ocean, currently there are no tracking methods available for our customer. If you have not received your order after 2 months from the initial order, please contact us back, and we will track the status of your shipment, and inform you of the status.

3. How can I lower the shipping cost?

Due to the high cost of international shipping, the shipping charge might be higher than you may have assumed. To reduce the shipping cost, you can place an order with multiple items or you can choose "Via Ocean" as the shipping method. Via Ocean, it takes about 1~1.5 months from South Korea to U.S.A and Canadian customers, and takes 2~3 months from South Korea to European countries and South American countries.

You will be able to save significant amount of shipping cost with the above options.

4. Where are MooSoolSa's uniforms made? They are made in Korea.
