Since the opening of our company, innovations in Martial Arts equipments and the pattern of uniforms, have been made by our founder, Nam-Pil Im. Our embroidery is also uniquely patterned by him and hand-written by our extremely skilled workers. Currently we ship all your purchases from Seoul, Korea. We offer 2 methods of shipping, and here is the detail.
1. EMS(Express mail): It takes about 4~7 business days to deliver. The cost is calculated based on the weight.
2. Via Ocean: It takes about 2~3 months to deliver. The cost is calculated based on the weight.
3. If you are ordering larger amount, you can choose your preferred shipping company, and we will be able to accomodate the procedure with the company to ship your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Due to the high cost of shipping, we try to reduce returns when possible. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you if there are any errors with your order.
Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How long will it take to process my order?
For custom-made uniforms and larger orders like 50+ uniforms, it will take about 5-10 business days to complete your order. Otherwise, it takes about 1~3 business days to process your order.
2. How can I track my order status?
For EMS, you will recieve a tracking number once your order is shipped. You will track your order with the tracking number on www.usps.com.
For ocean, currently there is no tracking method available by a customer. If you have not received your order after 3 months from the initial order, please contact us back, and we will track the status of your shipment, and inform the status.
3. Where are Moosoolsa's uniforms made in? They are made in Korea.
